Servo Motor Services
EMS's on going commitment to Precision Repair of Servo and Spindle Motors meets, and generally exceeds, original manufacturer's specifications. Our uncompromising attention to detail continues through our final testing processes; all Spindle Motors are tested at full load RPM; our Technicians analyze motor vibration, detecting and solving difficult problems.
Rewind Services
All motors are wound with Class H Insulation. Our rewind data is confirmed by manufacturer's drawing and the windings are sealed with Epoxy Resin Varnish. Here at EMS, we offer Precision Rewinding with documented test results for every rewind, which are backed by a full One Year Warranty.
